Audio Short Stories

Something for everyone.

Yes, I have 47 novels in process and they should be done when I am an old man. But some stories can be told in just a few paragraphs. Here, you will find something to make you cry, or maybe laugh. Or, just maybe, to hide under the covers until the sun shines bright in your room.

The Christmas Tree

Set in 1969, The Christmas Tree tells the story of a father trying to care for his young daughter and the love that they both share for a pitiful Christmas tree.

The original credit for this story goes to Harry William Klein, my father. He had very few in the way of positive qualities, but once in a while, he would come out with something good. During one of his sober moments, he sat me on his knee and told me a very limited version of this story. So I dedicate this to him, for better or worse.

What's next?

As of 11/12/2023, the novel "Awakening" and the social parody "Saving America and building a better planet" are on the cutting board and being worked daily. This offers little time for short stories. But, perhaps, as I take a break, I will get another audio-short on the list.
