My Business Philosophy...
...the core of what I am today.

Three of the most powerful words in the business community are "I don't know". And these are three words that are often overlooked by leaders of the business world. We all, regardless of our background or education, feel that we know the best way to perform any task or operation required in our companies. This is a very common problem with both recent graduates of the educational system and executives that have been in a business for a long time.
This is when consultants become a good idea. I have worked in many business sectors for more than 30 years. From farming, to medical service, logistics and Information Technology. My experience comes from a hands-on approach in different business ventures that range from small mom-and-pop operations to multi-state mega companies with thousands of employees. I offer consultation based on current movement within your industry as well as the general business world. I have had successes and failures and learned from both.
But the most important aspect of my consultation abilities is that I suggest, I do not dictate. I can show you the potential outcome of all aspects of change within the business world.
~Christopher Klein 2020

I entered the workforce in 1976 at 11 years old. My first job was working on a small, 1000 acre farm as a farm-hand, along side of the son of the owner. He was a good ole' boy with a big heart and a mostly empty head. He had been removed from school when he was my age to work the farm. For 3 years, I learned quite a lot from this man. The most important lesson was that no matter your education, you also know something that someone else does not. I have carried this lesson with me all my life. And when entering a new situation or business engagement, I do not look to the executives and managers for the first potential changes, but to the support staff. These are people that work in the background, but often, see everything that we miss. These are the foundation of the company and the rocks on which we stand.
Futurism: President George Washington, President Abraham Lincoln, President Franklin D. Roosevelt and President Richard Nixon all have something in common. They enlisted the aid of psychics or soothsayers while in office. It has been rumored that many captains of industry will do the same thing, be it with a person or simply by the use of astrology or other forms of divination. I do not condone nor condemn the use of this type of pseudo-science. However, I prefer a more logical approach to peering into the future. By using data, experience and previous facts, it is possible to lay out the potential outcome to any actions that may be made by your company. One of the problems with business today is that it is based in the here-and-now, and fails to take into account tomorrow. The actions that you take today, as a business, may send ripples into the future that can, for good or for bad, have a tremendous effect on your core business and/or workforce.
